Below are two sample timelines that will help you get a feeling for how long things take on a wedding day.

As your wedding gets closer, we will help you prepare a timeline for your wedding day. Until then, here are some sample timelines to help you prepare.

7:30-11:00
Getting Ready
Guys getting ready in one place and girls getting ready in another? No problem. There are two of us, so we can split up to photograph both!
7:30-12:00
Getting Ready
If you select the 6 or 8 hour package, then we will arrive right at the end of getting ready for photos of you putting your dress on.

First Look
During your first look we will spend about 30 minutes on a portrait session of just you two. If the weather happens to change during the day, no worries - we still have those awesome portrait from this session when your hair and makeup is fresh.

Formal Photos
Depending on the size of your families and wedding party, we will spend about an hour on formal photos.
If you are not doing a first look, then we will spend this time taking photos of bride with bridesmaids -and- groom with groomsmen.

Party Bus
We will discuss during your wedding week phone call where you'd like to take fun wedding party photos and another couples session.
We recommend stopping for photos before heading to a bar.
Formal Photos

All family and formal photos will be taken after the ceremony. This may take about 45 minutes.

Reception
At your reception, we'll grab all the candids, cake cutting, first dance, and fun photos of guest partying.
